    Question

    i was told you know all!! i have a 90 dx civic and bout ready to pick up a 95 vtec and ecu.. what would be the correct way to wire up this puppy i have seen the diagram to wire up a zc to my civic but is this right saw earlier post that you wanted to make a wiring set? can you help me?

    I've been sporadic on this board and really busy, but I can give you some help.

    I am gonna make the wiring harness because Place Racing will charge $600 for the custom harness and ECU Adapter. I'd rather modify and existing harness and make the adaptor for $200 with a core harness exchange.

    I will have the harnesses ready by early september.

    Helping is a pain because the wiring, although similar to the Si is basically a harness adapter at the ECU - you'll have to buy this, and then secondly running the extra wires on the Si engine harness for:
    4-wire O2
    VTEC solenoid and pressure switch
    Map sensor relocation
    Purge Solenoid Relocation

    Then running the repinning of the distributor and relocation of the water temp sensor on the T-stat housing.

    It's a lot of work, and although it can be done, I am just not going through the trouble of trying to explain it anymore.

    It also comes down to how do you get someone to understand where the pins have to be placed, and the fact that a picture cannot simply provide the pin location...let alone, I cannot be taking pictures of every pin.
